What a wonderful evening it was! The Kayastha Kutumb London's Diwali Utsav 2025 truly sparkled with joy, togetherness, and the festive spirit of our community. It

was heart-warming to see so many familiar faces and our new members come together — participating, supporting, and celebrating as one big family.

The evening began with the Mingle Game, which turned out to be a huge hit! It helped everyone connect, meet new people, and set a cheerful tone for the rest of the night.

The performances were the real highlight of the evening — each one filled with energy, grace, and talent. The dazzling dances by Shimmer, Ruchi Kulshreshtha, Richa and Prashant, Pooja Srivastava and Pragya and Prachi kept everyone enthralled. The children’s performances brought smiles to every face — Kian and Prisha, the young stars of the night — their confidence, expressions, and stage presence won everyone’s hearts.  Anay’s beautiful violin performance, added a touch of pure magic to the evening!

The games throughout the evening were fantastic, with enthusiastic participation from all age groups. It was lovely to see everyone joining in the fun and laughter with such zest!

The musical segment was another highlight — Dr Manish’s’s melodious song, Dr. Anamika Nigam’s soulful voice, and Dr. Karuna Srivastava’s beautiful bhajans created an atmosphere of peace and devotion. And Dr. Sinha’s hilarious poetic rendition was appreciated by all. Sandeep and Atharva's heartwarming duet was a treat to listen to.

There was also a heartfelt moment of remembrance — we deeply missed Shri Bajrang Mathur (MBE), whose spirit and contribution have always been part of our events. His wife Mrs Sharda Mathur’s presence and the support of the senior members of our community reminded us of the strength and unity that keeps us together.,

And of course — what’s a celebration without great food and dancing? The delicious spread was relished by all, and once the dance floor opened, there was no stopping anyone! That’s one of the best things about our community — we never shy away from celebrating through dance and music.

All in all, it was a beautiful evening filled with laughter, music, dance, and togetherness — a perfect Diwali celebration that truly embodied the spirit of Kayastha Kutumb London.

Here’s to many more such gatherings where we continue to celebrate our culture, connections, and community with the same warmth and enthusiasm.
